A high-quality, durable product results from a perfectly carried out galvanising process. At Loko Galvano, the processes are monitored frequently, and regular random checks on the finished products ensure continuous monitoring of the settings used. This guarantees high and constant quality.
Consequently, our processes comply with the international standards NEN-EN ISO 2081 and NEN-EN ISO 19598. Loko Galvano has been ISO-9001 certified since 1997 and has broad experience in compiling quality reports. We calibrated measuring equipment for this purpose. In addition, if desired, we can test the quality of the zinc treatment we applied with our in-house salt spray lab.
The highest degree of consideration was applied during the choice of equipment and processes. All our installations meet the latest requirements in the area of working conditions and the environment.
Reuse of water
Loko Galvano has a modern water treatment facility to clean our processed water. Thanks to this facility and process, the quality level of the plated products is also high. In addition, during the process, we can ensure that at least one-third of the water used will be reused for new processes.
From vapour to clean air
All vapour released during the process is extracted from the bath edge. It is then cleaned by gas scrubbers and discharged externally.
